Hello Parents and Students, thank you for taking time to stop by and get to know me!  This school year, I will begin my 3rd year of teaching, all have been at Joyce Bullock and in first grade.  Please continue to visit the blog to get updates throughout the year! 

I would like to take some time and share a little about myself!  I was born and raised in Williston on a little peanut farm outside of town.  After graduating in 2006 from Williston High School, I decided to further my education at Santa Fe and Saint Leo University.  In 2011 I graduated from Saint Leo University with a degree in Elementary Education.

I have one brother (Trip) who I love dearly, he is a fire fighter in Alachua County.  Our family is very close and do almost everything together.  I love to fish and scallop, and enjoy pretty much anything on the boat, I hunt, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE going to Rainbow River, and lets not forget Go Gators!  

I look forward to getting to know you and your child, students never cease to amaze me.  I think it is amazing the growth that you see in first grade, and that drives my teaching.  I love teaching and am thrilled about the upcoming school year!
